A1 Integrity Components International operates in strict accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), U.S. Department of Commerce. All transactions — domestic and international — are screened against the BIS Entity List (Supplement No. 4 to Part 744), the Denied Persons List, the Unverified List, and all applicable restricted-party databases prior to order fulfillment. No items subject to the EAR are exported, re-exported, or transferred to any party listed on a BIS restricted list, or to any destination subject to a U.S. embargo, without the required BIS authorization. Customers are advised that diversion of controlled items contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
